30MW Central TX Data Center

Project overview

Superb Electric LLC served as the general electrical contractor for a 30 MW hyperscale data center in Central Texas, delivering the building's general electrical systems under a $5.0 million contract. While the critical power equipment was handled separately, Superb Electric LLC installed the electrical infrastructure that supports and serves the facility, including cable tray, grounding, lighting, mechanical power, and branch circuits.

The scope included about 12,000 linear feet of cable tray, a full building grounding and bonding system, and roughly 1,800 LED light fixtures with lighting controls across the data halls, support spaces, and exterior. Superb Electric LLC also provided power and controls wiring to 60 CRAH units and other mechanical equipment, along with branch power, receptacles, and fire alarm conduit throughout the building.

The project ran from February 2025 through August 2025, a total of about 26 weeks. Superb Electric LLC fielded an average crew of 25 electricians, peaking at 32, and logged about 29,000 labor hours to hand over a fully wired, inspection-ready building on schedule.
