Superb Electric LLC was founded in 2021 in Houston, Texas, led by Xiujie "Richard" Kuai, a licensed Master Electrician with an electrical engineering background from UC Berkeley. That combination — hands-on licensed trade experience paired with engineering-level electrical design training — allows Superb Electric to handle load analysis, electrical system, and electrical planning in-house, alongside full-scope construction.
For years, Superb Electric built its reputation delivering commercial electrical work for national retail brands, including Lululemon, UGG, Old Navy, J.Crew, American Eagle, and multiple restaurant and franchise locations across Texas. Over the last three years, the company has expanded into large-scale industrial electrical construction, including ground-up manufacturing facilities exceeding 400,000 square feet and multimillion-dollar electrical contracts. Superb Electric is a TDLR-regulated electrical contractor serving industrial, commercial, and data center construction throughout Texas.

SEG Solar 4GW Factory 2 — Pusok Rd, Tomball TXIndustrial ProjectsSuperb Electric LLC served as the general electrical contractor for SEG Solar 2, a 480,000-square-foot, 4 GW solar module manufacturing facility built from the ground up in Texas. Under a $15 million electrical contract, our team handled the plant's entire power infrastructure — design, planning, and installation — including six 3,000 kVA transformers, each feeding a dedicated 4,000-amp main distribution panel, distributing power through 32 subpanel locations to energize more than 400 pieces of production-line equipment.
A core challenge was reconciling two electrical standards on one site: the building's infrastructure was designed to U.S. code, while the majority of the manufacturing equipment was sourced from China and built to Chinese voltage and electrical standards. Led by a licensed Master Electrician, Superb Electric designed the transition and distribution systems needed to safely and reliably integrate the imported equipment into a U.S.-standard electrical system — without compromising code compliance or production uptime.
The full scope was completed in three months, at times fielding 38 licensed electricians working 12-hour shifts, seven days a week, under Superb Electric's direct safety supervision, with zero accidents recorded across the project. The job finished on schedule and on budget, and Superb Electric was recognized on-site as the project's top-performing subcontractor, featured in SEG Solar's internal company publication, the SEG Newsletter.

SEG Solar 2GW Factory 1 — Telge RdIndustrial ProjectsSuperb Electric LLC, an industrial electrical contractor based in Texas, was brought in midway through construction of SEG Solar's Factory 1, a 2 GW solar module manufacturing facility of approximately 350,000 square feet. Superb Electric took over the electrical scope after the customer determined the original contractor's work was not meeting the project's requirements, stepping in to complete a project that had already been underway for nearly a year.
Under a $4 million electrical contract, Superb Electric completed more than half of the total electrical scope — including design coordination, equipment integration, and full installation — in three months. The work included three 3,000 kVA transformers, four 4,000-amp main distribution panels, sixteen subpanel locations, and power distribution to 187 pieces of production equipment. The team applied the same engineering-based design and load planning approach used on SEG Solar's Factory 2, working through the integration of internationally sourced manufacturing equipment into a U.S. code-compliant electrical system. At peak, Superb Electric fielded 19 licensed electricians on site.
Being selected to take over and complete a stalled industrial electrical scope — and finishing the remaining work in a fraction of the time it had taken previously — reflects Superb Electric's ability to solve complex, high-stakes electrical problems under real time pressure, not only execute clean, new-build projects. The customer's satisfaction with this work led SEG Solar to designate Superb Electric as the electrical contractor for the second phase of its Texas expansion — the 4 GW Factory 2 project.

Rayshine Group - Rayshine (USA) Intelligent Transmission Factory 1 & 2Industrial ProjectsSuperb Electric LLC served as the electrical contractor for Rayshine Group, a manufacturer of intelligent transmission systems, delivering the full electrical build-out for two factories in the Houston area totaling 45,000 square feet. Superb Electric handled design, load calculation, distribution planning, and installation for both facilities under a combined $0.9 million electrical contract.
Each factory was powered by its own dedicated electrical service: the first building via a 1,500 kVA transformer feeding a 2,000-amp service entrance, and the second via a 2,500 kVA transformer feeding a 3,000-amp service entrance. From each service entrance, Superb Electric designed and installed the full distribution panel system supplying nearly 100 pieces of production-line equipment across both facilities.
Superb Electric completed the combined two-factory electrical scope in approximately six months, fielding 6 electricians across both sites, and delivered results that exceeded the customer's expectations for both schedule and quality.
